If water damaged sheathing, localized dry rot, or non code compliant decking gaps are uncovered during demolition, our project supervisor will immediately photograph the condition and present an itemized supplemental estimate before installing new underlayment materials.

2. Weather and Seasonal Installation Conditions

Cold winter snowfall, ambient temperatures below freezing, active rainfall, and canyon wind gusts exceeding thirty miles per hour present serious safety hazards for installation crews and can compromise thermal shingle sealant activation.
